The Mangiameli family have owned & operated the Wyndhamere Motel since 1979. Originally just a mum & dad operation, Sam & Rosa Mangiameli set about turning a good business into a great one. They opened a restaurant on the premises six months later, which they named "Sebastians", after their eldest son. Specialising in alacarte dining with great flavour, the restaurant was an instant hit. |
Rosa was the head chef for 18 years and created a great following amongst motel guests and locals alike. A large pool was added in 1981 and constant upgrading of motel rooms has been a priority, over the years. In 1989 the Wyndhamere Motel underwent a major facelift and the restaurant floor space was doubled. |
