Sebastians is open for breakfast Tuesday to Fridays and dinner Monday to Saturday nights. Room service is available Monday to Saturday nights.

We pride ourselves in being the experts in delivering attention to detail regardless of your function size. Conference packages are our specialty as we can organise all your conference, catering & accommodation requirements with in the one complex.
We have a range of catering options freshly prepared in our award winning kitchen, along with up to date audio visual equipment for hire. Whether you need to meet for half a day or longer, or if you require a small meeting room for an intimate private gathering, we can arrange all your requirements.
The Mangiameli Family has owned and operated the Wyndhamere Motel since 1979. Arriving in Shepparton as two young boys Sebastian and Cam grew up in the hospitality industry obtaining the strong work ethic from their parents Sam and Rosa, who handed over the reins of the business 1997.
Since then Sebastian and his wife Connie, along with Cam and his wife Angela have taken the business to another level.
Under going major changes, with the completion of a new wing of 4 star King Executive Spa suites in 2006 along with the complete transformation of Sebastian’s Restaurant and an addition of an alfresco dinning area to make Sebastian’s one of Shepparton’s most popular eateries.
A new motel façade and the addition of the Wyndhamere Apartments, adding self contained accommodation to the motel complex.
The culmination being the complete refurbishment of the remaining Queen Deluxe Motel rooms in August 2010.
